Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received an incorrect item
- The item is damaged, defective, or missing parts
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, item details, and a brief description of the issue (photos encouraged)
- Await our confirmation and return approval
- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions—please retain the original packaging
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size or color preference unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery only, refunds are processed as follows:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets return criteria
- Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the item is received and approved
Shipping & Handling for Returns
- Return shipping cost is covered only if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item
- If return is approved, we will provide instructions for handing off the item to a local courier or arranging return logistics
Cancellation Policy
